Managed to get together with my riding club last weekend for a day trip around the local area to meet up with a few people taking part in The Long Ride next year. I was a little hesitant with the planned route and how the Daytona would hold up against my mates much larger bikes but I surprised them at the end of day with how well she did up around the Perth hills. First stop was Midvale for fuel then on through York and stopped for lunch at the Spencer's Brook Tavern just south of Northam. The place does a mean steak burger. After lunch it was back to York to re-fuel and home via Brookton Hwy. Happy to say that my little 350cc pushed the speed limits the entire day without hassle. We had all four seasons in the one day. All up it was about 410km for the day. I've not modded my bike at all, only added my saddle bags and switch between the stock double seat and the single depending how far I'm traveling.

Seems like a pretty fun ride. Good to hear the Hunter held it's own for the duration.
