This was taken I think in 2007....at the then dealer for Hunter in Albury-CJ's Big Twin. This is when I fell in love with the look and feel of the bikes. As mentioned previously, My situation changed-but the Hunter remained in my mind. All this time on, I still want one, in black (of course). Now with the 350CC DELPHI EFI......its no doubt an even better package. Re-doing my L plate ticket in a couple of Sundays time.....then I might have to go and see the good folks at High Octane in Thomastown....Service will be the only issue though.....but then again, not if I am riding to and from.......

You are obviously keen as hell for a Hunter. I hope you get the Spyder. It'll put a grin on your face that won't change for months!
There is no other LAMs bike on the market in Australia that I'd rather have than a Hunter. My Bobber has been good to me, so much so that when I get the Indian I've been saving for (just 6 months left to go!) there is a very strong possibility I'll keep the Hunter too rather than trading it in. I love it. At the start, the Bobber was only a means to an end for me. Something I had to endure until the law said I didn't have to anymore. Now... I'm just a fan. The bikes and the people behind the company are just great.

Cheers Grot, Yeah I think I will, although I do like the Bobber as well. So I am torn in that regard. Agree with springermans comments also. A mate told me today that HD now make a LAMS bike.....looked at it. Nice looking bike, but I prefer the style of the Hunters.....I think I will still go with a Hunter and even when I upgrade ill still keep it....first ride n all that sentimental bullshit but also it'll be a great barhopper and just fun to ride.

If you are torn between the Spyder and the Bobber just take both for a test ride and buy which ever one puts the biggest smile on yer dial.

Hi Grot, spoke to the guys at high octane, Jon and Kon are top blokes who know their product. Sadly their insurance doesbt cover a L plate rider testing the product. So I am looking for an owner near me that would be kind enough to assist. Or someone that's selling theirs. It'll happen, I have faith there will be a hunter owner put there that's selling their bike and that they live near me. How your bobber going?

Ah, I see the issue. Hopefully something materialises for you soon. Yeah mate, the Bobber is doing great. I've been riding it daily for about 18 months now and I've no real complaints at all. It's done everything I've asked it to do and has been everything I expected it to be. It's been a top bike
