G'day, I recently bought a Daytona second hand and wanted information on the water bottle, mounted below the radiator. Is it a reserve coolant tank? I cannot trace any outlet from it so I'm guessing so. Also, is there a quick way to tighten my throttle slightly without disassembling the throttle assy? (It's around 1/8 a turn loose) Thanks

How you going mate yes it is a overflow bottle for the radiator it should have a hose that gose back up to the top of the radiator, now with the throttle body how do you mean it is lose do you mean the cable is lose ie. When you turn the throttle (hand control) it dosent engage the throttle body straight away is so you just need the ajust the cable linkage on the throttle body it pretty straight forward 2 nuts, if you need help on doing this just let me know Hope this helps admin -josh-

Cheers Josh, I was thinking it was an overflow just before as a safety feature to prevent spillage on the road and under my tyres.. Great idea! Also I have adjusted my throttle cable without affecting my idle return cable, thanks for the assist and prompt respose, good to see customer service done right!
