Start by unbolting your stock exhaust pipes. It's easiest to start with the bolts that join the pipes to the short baffle section. Don't lose the nuts and washers, and make sure you keep track of the spring washers as these help keep everything together under vibration! You should find a ring seal between the two bolt plates, keep track of that as well.
Next undo the nuts underneath the exhaust pipe and lift your stock pipes clear of the bike. Place your exhaust in a vice and cut with either a hacksaw or grinder with cut-off wheel where the pipe enters the muffler section.
Your Tapered Turbo pipes will have three expandable collars included. fit these on the end of the cut off exhaust pipe section alternating the slots so you get a reasonable seal and a decent fit for the new muffler to slide onto. Make sure you loosen the clamp bolts before sliding the collars inside the opening, work the clamp over the collar section and tighten well.
There is a long tongue piece which has a nut and bolt in a slot on the underside of the muffler. Mine didn't have any holes pre-drilled, so I removed it from the muffler, located where I wanted to bolt onto the exhaust mounting bracket, then drilled a hole.
Reassemble the brackets, mount the pipes in the reverse order (vertical brackets first, pipe ends last. It's probably a good idea to use some gasket goo for the muffler rings as well to prevent rust and get a better seal.
I think I'm getting more power as well as a MUCH better sound from my new pipes. I'll post a video soon so you can hear it.

Yep definitely a good addition the these bikes! I believe all the pipes are fairly simple in bolting on and bolting off with only a minimal amount of work. The tapered pipes require you cut the old pipes as well.
I had the fish tails which required some welding etc but Benno was going to take them off the website until he could make them as easy as the others to attach, so not 100% on what is happening there.
But yeah post a video so we can here the sound!

Here we go. My nephew did a reasonable job as cameraman, I think! Please excuse the dirty bike, it's been pretty wet lately.
