Are you from Indonesia or did you just get one imported from there?
The regal raptor is essentially the same product but we can't be sure it isn't changed as we only know from the Australian Hunter brand side of things.
On that bike you should be getting 120-130km/h quite easily.

Sounds like it might be running on one pot. Have a look at the pipes near the O2 sensors. Is the blueing even?

I have the carby model, both pots care deffinatley firing cause I tuned them individually.I haven't pulled the intake to the pots to see if there is restriction on the fuel intake, but I remember seeing a small pipe in the bottom of the header pipe, like its been welded in when I took the baffles out for free flowing.I rejetted the carb and it is running good but there is no top end power I mean I can't get more than 90kph

Also what is the size of the front sprocket in case they've put a smaller one on the bike in the shop

We run a 14 tooth front sprocket over here. The rear is 32 or 34 standard, and we offer a 30 tooth rear upgrade. I've had one of our 250 carb bikes to 135kph, (real speed not speedo speed). They always take a few hundred kays to run in. I don't think they loosen up properly until you've done about 500 klicks.

Being Carby, there'd be a choke. I hate to sound condescending, but you know that and know how to use it? It surprised me when we used to do carby bikes how many customers had never used a choke before. The inner pipe in the header is normal aswell. If it has cat converters in between header and muffler, could try knocking them out. Have you checked actual speed against something else to make sure its not dodgy speedo?

In indo i dont usually need the choke to start it,cause its always warm there and usually starts first go(is there something im missing with this choke thing though,i always had injection before.my scooter maxes out at 90kph and that would beat my daytona hands down?it s got no cats!when i get home monday i will have a real close look at the intake, engine(firing both pots).the other thing is i knocked out the baffles on the standard mufflers and cut the very end tip off so its straight through went up a size on the main jet and tweeked the AIR/FUEL mixture 1.5 turns out on each carb.surely that wouldnt knock 40-50kph off the top speed would it ?when its at around 90kph it reving real high like theres nothing left.

Can you take a spark plug out and have a look at it? Here's a good link to read whats going on. www.ngksparkplugs.com/tech_support/spark_plugs/faqs/faqread.asp?mode=nmlIn short, you may actually be riding with the choke on all the time. If the plug is black then chances are thats all it is. Also have a look at your intake manifolds. We changed over to cast alloy ones, but the indo bikes may have plastic, prone to cracking and sucking air in. Is your motor actually the big one? In europe they do a regal raptor thats a 175cc. Check each side again. run the bike on one plug at a time and see if they are similar.

Also, try new plugs. Can make a huge difference.

The cylinder has 320 stamped on it,and yes it has the plastic intakes. As far a the choke goes when the choke is on the two brass pins that the cable is connected to on the carb will be pulled up,is that correct???
