More so is it Legal or Illegal in Australia? (Mainly Victoria)
VicRoads is less than helpful when it comes to customising - in terms of vagueness and it just seems there arnt a heap of rules for compliance? Which I presume isn't the case.
If legal, are there any kits on the market that will suit Hunters or will I have to fabricate my own?

Not sure about legalities. Definitely no kits available for hunter. I'd love to see it done though.

Well in the last special issue of live to ride (knuckles and pans) they have 2 victorian bikes that seem to be road use (have all the lights etc) that had them, so confident it shouldn't be illegal.
I think I'm up to the challenge haha.

Im interested in a suicide jockey gear shift design for a hunter spyder, so far, Design plus points for a shifter mounted on right hand side, with no modification to bar clutch control : leaving the existing foot mounted gear control, and running a mechanical linkage to right side, either under frame, or across radiator low to right side, then to base of a gear lever up to tank area, yes forgot a eight ball knob, and all chromed have been looking at utube and honda rebel sites, Has any body got any ideas Welcome your opinions here is attached is a randon pic , a china bike called, marketed as a Kicker, off the market i think now ,discontinued, but as illustration of gear shift and eight ball Attachments:

And have access to the gear shifter either with your left foot or your right hand? Have you had any luck?
