This is my Spyder 350. Its a 2013 model but bought in January 2014. All stock atm, only added the diamond grip handles. Only done 450km so will get it serviced soon and hopefully (provided it doesn't void warranty) make some additions such as fish tail muffler etc.

Already got the straight ones from Hunter. Just need to check if it will void warranty first as I don't know much about bikes and if there's an issue I want it to be fixed without having to pay too much out of my pocket.
Also hope that Mavericks can install it as it will require some sort of bracket to be made which I don't have the equipment or skill to do myself.

Nice i recon that the straight ones would look better on the spyder the bent ones are more for the bobber scene in my opinion. yea maverick should be able to fit them i cant say anything on cost but it cost me around $550 for my slash cuts bought and fitted buy them. Benno should be on sometime today and will be able to advise on the warranty. Admin

Perfect thanks. Hopefully buying the part from Hunter as well as getting it put on by one of their dealers allows me to keep the warranty. I've found its kinda dangerous not having any sound from the bike as car drivers don't really know im there. If there's a bit of sound from the exhaust then at least it improves my safety as well as sounding cool

Hi Rohan, yes definately still covered by warranty. The pipes are more free flowing and improve performance. And yes, get 500 kays on your bike and do the first service, they take about that for the motor to run in and free up. Definately go heaps better after that.

Perfect! Will get it done sometime in the next week or so. Ill take a video of the bike without the pipes and then with the pipes so everyone can see the difference it makes in terms of looks and sounds.

So just put the fish tail pipes on my bike and took a video so you can all hear what it sounds like and see what it looks like!
If anyone is in Sydney and around western suburbs, I got it done at Penrith Mufflers for $140 (I had already bought the pipes from the hunter website).

Yeah got the old ones back so it's as simple as undoing some bolts to put the old one back on. Looks smooth from the pipe into the CAT as well. So overall very impressed with the job and especially for the price!

Okay so he basically welded the pipe into a flange so it simply bolts in and out, the same as the original one. The back he had to create a similar bracket to the original one as well, just slightly higher so it runs level, and again this simply bolts in and out. So overall its virtually the same as the old connections just with the new pipe, which is good as its extremely simple to change them if I ever wanted to. He left the CAT on so that it would still be legal, and meet the noise requirements, whilst being dramatically louder and having a good sound to it. Here are the pictures so you can see:

Last week I added the custom diamond levers and pegs. Also changed the sprocket to the 30 tooth one yesterday. Today I added an air filter.
Definitely starting to take shape, and the speed has increased as well! Ill post some pictures tomorrow when I get time.
